Everytime I bring up internet explorer on my machine which has a windows ME operating system, I get an error saying Ieplore has caused an error in URLMON.dll. What can be done to correct this? I have reloaded the operating system and that didn't work. Any help????

I am constantly getting the message 'Ybrowser has caused a conflict with and will shut down' the message also suggests restarting the computer. When my computer boots up it automaticly dials the internet, also when I right click to bring the menu up it dials the internet. No programs are loaded it just connects it's like it's assigned itself a hotkey or something. (Scanned for viruses and spyware both found nothing)
