I want to have my "restore" size of the Windows Explorer folder *stay* at the customized size I specify. Whenever I change it; close the folder, and re-open the folder, it goes back to the previous default size. Thanks you, Steve

Word Pad Problem by Jim W
The exact error reads" The wordpad.exe file is linked to missing export MFC42.Dll:6453." If I search for wordpad I get no responce. If I try to open with wordpad I get the error. Also a search of C:\Windows fails to find Wordpad.EXE, But Write.exe tries to open wordpad. I'm stumped. any sugustions?

Shut Down hangs by gingersmudge
When shutting down windows the software hangs at the point where all icons are removed from the screen leaving just the windows "clouds" background. The only way to close the PC then is to switch off the power. Are there any diagnostics I can use to solve the problem?
