A fatal exception OE by

Whne I logged into MSN Messenger and then into yahoo mail,
a blue screen occurred with the following statment:
A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C004DAB1 in VXD
NTKERN (01) + 00007519. The current application will be
terminated..
What is the problem and how to fix it? Please advise

The Device Manager tab shows that the System board
extension for ACPI BIOS for the System Devices has a
conflict. It is a Hardware Resource Conflict, number 15.
The instructions say follow the Troubleshooter Wizard for

Could they be the (1) Advanced Configuration and Power
Interface (ACPI) BIOS and the (2) System board extension
for ACPI BIOS? Again, the Conflicting Device List
says, "No conflicts" in the System board extension
