The old lpt1 printer died and was replaced. The new printer only has a USB connection. We have some old apps that only print to lpt1. Is there a way to capture the lpt1 port and redirect it to the USB printer?

sometimes, when I need to cancel printing document on print queue, (right click the document name and choose cancel printing), there will no response and can't cancel. At that moment, the only solution that I can do is stop the spooler service on server and restart. Any other solution ? Thanks.
