98 - XP Networking by

My XP machines (3 of them) can see each other and the 98 machine, however,
the 98 machine (not SE) is unable to brose the network (gets error msg). All
machines can access the internet. I'm using a Netgear wireless router. The
98 machine is only able to ping itself and the router. Thoughts? ...

Trying to re-stablish a network between my P4 XP Pro and my PIII W98 SE. I
had this working then swapped the master drive over in the PIII and now when
I try to run the XP Networking disk it says I can't because of restrictions
placed on the computer and to see my system administrator.

I found \software\microsoft\internet account manager\accounts\0000001\*
.. Are there any other places to look?

i conect a crosswire to another pc... with win98 S.E.
