can anyone help? Everytime I try to start my computer and load windows I get an error after signing in saying that Explorer has performed an illegal operation and will have to be shut down. Of course then the computer will not load windows at all. Any suggestions?

How do I get tweak loaded? I got an old EXE file and ran it OK. It left 4 files in the \TEMP. but there was no EXE nor COM file. I have no icon, startMenu, nor ControlPanel entries for PowerToys nor Tweak. Jim
