Hi all,

The bios only "sees" 33G of it. I booted to
partition magic and it only saw 33G of it. Is
there any way I can set this drive up as the C:

Passwords by
[email protected]
I'll see if I can sneak in here without the angry guy noticing.
How can you "get at" passwords. It seems that the only way to set a
password is if you already know what is currently set. If you forget
your password or, as in my case, have a password that seemed merely
showed up at install, and...

Hosts Folder by
Alan
In trying to resolve some problems on my Win 98 SE machine, on more than one
occasion I have been advised to check the contents of the "Hosts" file.
Therein lies the problem, I don't have one! Should there always be a Hosts
file or only in some instances.
Thanks

Clean install of W98 with upgrade disk? by
[email protected]
Hi
I'd like to install W98, with a clean install - i.e. format the
hard-disk, then do a full install. Reason for this is that there's an
existing installation of ME, which is either a complete pile of guano
as an OS (as many people have said), or is just so overloaded with
registry entries/broken...
