I know lavasoft Ad-Aware SE as we knew it for years is no longer available. Now their site advertise Ad-Aware 2008... not entirely sure if this is a "free" or "trial". Can someone shed some light, and if not really free, suggest a replacement. Thanks. Paul -- cogito ergo sum

More often than not, Ad-Aware 1.05 works well, but I have experienced several run-time errors in initializing the program--requiring a reboot before the program will run. Has this happened to anyone else?
