Hi Win 98SE and IE6 - after a download completes the download window starts flashing. This can only be stopped with Task manager end task and sometimes only with a shutdown. Antivirus and spyware checks done - IE6 reinstalled Any suggestions please. David H

"C" drive folders and icons by RJW
