where can I pick up a windows 98 operating system disk I just purchased a dell latitude xpi-cd pentium I 150 and the hd is only 2.0 gig the disk that came with it does not seem to be working.

Just recently, I have not been able to get past the first question on the Windows98Troubleshooter. When I pick a subject, click on "Display" all I get is a blank page. Have I lost something or what? Thanks for your help.
