Does anyone know if the W98 'find' command (Winkey-F) has an executable which can be issued from the 'run' box?

I don't know exactly when it happened (could have been yesterday, could have been a few weeks ago), but msnews.microsoft.com doesn't seem to be carrying any newsgroups. It's still on-line, but not carrying any groups.
