the icon is 'HaM configuration' in control panel

In Explore, on the right hand screen, drive letters are listed out of order. I can correct this temporarily by clicking on Arrange Icons and choosing "sort by drive letter," but when I leave Explore, then return, the drive letters are out of order again. So something is defaulting to the wrong...
