98se to 98se crossover connection by
respect
Hi,
I want to connect 2 98se computers with a crossover cable. Both computers
have ethernet network cards in them, I just have no idea how to configure the
network settings! I also want to install the IPX protocol on this connection.
Any help will be appreciated.
Cheers

1Gbit over NetBeui? by
Chris
Hello:
I just picked up two AOpen 1Gbit network cards and a 1Gbit crossover cable.
The setup works but, I'm only getting 10MB/sec transfer rate. I've set both
cards for 1000 full duplex. Is 10MB/sec the max. transfer rate for NetBeui
or am I missing some other setting? I've also tried Jumbo...

completely reinstall the system. Then it was time to reinstall
everything else, so I'm back to the Intel combo PC card.

card hot, which worked before. But...
