Windows Update keeps telling me I need to install "Cumulative Security Update for Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1 (KB837009)". I've installed it a dozen times, and it still keeps showing up when I run Windows Update. Does anybody know a way to fix this?

I recently tried to set up a user account for someone but see that they have access to all my files in 'my documents'. I don't have this folder in 'share' mode. Also, I noticed that the user has access to all my outlook express emails and don't want to share this. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there any disadvantages to installing software (utilities included) in safe mode? The reason for doing that is to eliminate going through the motion of exiting out of everything to prevent conflicts as is usually recommended. Your input is appreciated.
