ME Reboots Continuosly by Tom Garbarz
The OS will continually reboot. I have tried to run scandisk, but it "stops responding" on the C: drive. The D: drive runs the scandisk just fine. There is no emergency recovery disk and the user cannot aford to lose the files. And, there is no back up. Any ideas would be greatly appreaciated.
