Adding USB Hardware by Me2Ewe
I am having trouble figuring out my USB ports. I am trying to download songs from my sons computer (Win98) onto a MP3 player, but it will not recognize the connection. On the MP3 it says it is hooked up to computer, but the computer doesn't see it. It says in device manager that it needs a driver...

Default setting for saving images? by Dan[_2_]
I'm wondering how I would go about changing what appears to be a default setting for saving images(jpegs) off the web. Currently everything is being saved as a paint shop pro file (psp). Thanks Dan

My internet connection stops when I defrag a disk! by poatt
This is like saying " My car won't move when I chain it to a tree" Defrag is reading all files and folder useing recent history ,as a guide, to place data in the right place. Taking data fragments and placing them where they go. And rewriting the disk as it goes. Taking data. Writing it to the back...

My internet connection stops when I defrag a disk! by [email protected]
I have this same problem in Win95, 98, 98SE I connect using dialup, but if I try to do a defrag or move a large amount of files from one folder to another the dialup connection stops. When the defrag finishes, the connection resumes as normal. It's obvious that the problem occurs whenever there...

Product Key by jandjbtx
I found it necessary to reinstall Windows 98, then discovered that I had lost the product key. Is there any legal way around this, or am I stuck? Thanks.
