removing IE access by

Hi,
I deleted the Internet Explorers (I'm using Win98)
in my lan shop computers.. the entire IE directory
inside "Program Files" and the Help directly inside
"Windows". But a certain game called Free-style
has a homepage icon where if you click it
Internet Explorer will pop up. I don't know...

Unable login to Windows 2003 Server by

Hi,
Fromerly Windows 98SE os machines are able to login to Windows 2003 Server.
They are unable to login to Windows 2003 Server out of sudden. Why ?
I have "NO" clue what has cause it to happen.
Anybody know why ? Pls advice. Thanks many much.

client is now stand-alone. The client still requires Admin privelages to
download software.
How can I remove Administration requirement so I can download updates?

files I get message that "cannot view user list try again later" Only two
