the firewall is not setup as far as i can tell not sure of trusted zone the ip address and subnet of the lan is 192.168.0.1 and subnet 255.255.255.0 the dhcp starts at 192.168.0.100 and ends at 192.016.0.199 the address on one computer is 192.168.0.100 and the other 192.168.0.101

I just want to thank Carey Holzman for his netfixes web site. I was having problems with my Windows 98 network, sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn't. After following the instructions on how to reset your network configuration and I've had no problems since. Thanks Carey :)
