have rec'd error message: "iphlpapi.dll cannot start" Since then, have been unable to connect to microsoft internet explorer (except thru aol) and have been continually been knocked off line (aol) and computer restarted. Can i download iphlpapi.dll to solve this problem??

ok here is the deal, I have WinME, using OE6. My inbox says 4 new emails, with a blue 4, and i have no new emails. I checked my webmail and nothing there, and i cleaned out all of my inbox,outbox,sent items and trash, and still that Blue 4 that says i have 4 new emails. any suggestions???? JZ
