multiple VNC servers behind ICS by

Is it possible to configure ICS to support multiple VNC servers running on
pc's assigned 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2?
I can access a VNC server on 192.168.0.1 (the ICS Host) using standard port
5900 fine.
On the 192.168.0.2 pc, I've configured its VNC server to use port 5905.

But the XP box cannot ping the ME BOX.
1. Is this preventing me from sharing files and printers?
2. If so, then I believe that the Me box is not configured properly.

Everything works fine - all have internet access, each PC
can ping the others.
But the XP machines can't see the ME PC anymore (they used

I have a network between one ME and two machines with XP. The communication
between XP is about 55% and 60% tax rate of 100 MBPS but when the
communication is with de ME the tax rate lower to 5% to 15% tax rate. I
