y computer sometimes does not complete the shutdown process (hangs).Sometimes I get a blue screen with this error message: 0E 0197 BFF 66694. Usually I have to just shut it off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have ME on 1 of 3 partitions running now. The hidden one is not active at all. How can I install to the hidden partition without losing anything? Dual boot not necessary, but would if I could. Chuck
