having problom with this word on my computer "scchostc" hope some i could help me

From time to time when I wants to shut the PC ("shut down") it get stuck. Seems like the "shut down" proccess is running but get stuck on a black screen. The only option then is to push the "power" or "reset" botton. Any idea ??? if extra data is needed ... Included my standart hijackthis log.
