Has anyone got a copy they could let me have on floppy to install cd rom drive on windows 98 please?

I have a Gateway comp and when I start it up it stops on a black screen that says Device driver not found: 'CD1'. No vald CDROM device drivers selected C:\ What should I do. Does anyone know how to get it started back up. Thank You
