My printing has slowed down to a couple of lines every 3-4 minutes. HP says to delete all temp files except those that you must have. They refer you to Microsoft. but I can't find out which temp files should be retained. I know system.temp is one of them.

Has anyone had any experience with printers only printing part of the page? Test Page print is fine, print a TXT document is fine but Word or MYOB has a large LH margin. I have uninstalled the driver, reset the page setup in Word and MYOB but it has no effect. Any ideas?

When using tabels in Word, I shade the row and it looks great on screen. When printing there is a small "margin" inside the left border that is blank. It makes using borders with shading look very odd, and without the border, the other rows look as though they are extended to the left about 1/10"....
