Hi MS! Are you finally going to create a service pack for Me? If yes, how will it be? Will it improve Me or not? Right now, I don't really care about that because I own XP but I may get a new PC and if I do, I'd install Me on the new PC and leave XP without losse.

I just reinstalled WinMe, how do I get a logon screen appear? I have set up users and passwords in the control panel but when I start up it goes right to the desktop. If I logoff it will show of list of user and the logon on screen. Thanks for any help... Jace

I have Windows ME. Some of the files associated with windows were deleted (.dll) and now the system is bad. I tried to reinstall ME, but more than half way to the setup, an error occurs with SUWIN and asks me to either ignore or close. Pressing ignore does nothing. Pressing close aborts the setup....

Trying to help a friend, she's having trouble at startup; her internet connection is disappearing when she shuts dowm and brings it back up. She is also having trouble defragging, program running preventing defrag, and there is no known program running.

I have a computer with Windows ME and and Windows XP. I installed the XP operating system a year after I bought the machine with ME installed. I want to unistall ME becuase I only use XP and was wondering if it is safe to unistall? Will unistalling Windows ME damage the XP operating system?
