Everytime I start my computer the Kodak program starts, too. It takes several minutes to load. I don't want this program to start everytime I reboot. How can I take it out of the start program?

I can not boot up my home PC because it is giving me a message that something is wrong with Windows. The PC is a HP Pavilion which came with three restore disks, however given the condition I am in I am not sure how to get myself back into play. Can anyone out there help me?? Thanks.
