can not install HP deskjet 400 on M.E. ran ok win 95 says i need a disk but the printer is listed on the set up wizard

My Epson Printer will only print Blue. Print Preview Shows the correct colors. I have changed to another Epson printer with the same result. The problem is within Windows ME.

Computer seems very slow and glitchy when printer is un- pluged. It is a lap top. Any help?
