Printray.dll not found when loading ME

after reinstallation of my windows XP it seems that the default drivers in windows prints small fonts then it used to print before. i have tried the same with drivers from HP but still it doesnt work Can anyone knows how to resolve it ? Please let me know.

i have a win me laptop connected to the network. occasionally, the printers just all disappear. i can add them back in, and it's fine for a couple days, then they disappear again. any thoughts?
