When I shut down my computer I get a fatal error message that reads OE 0028:c02A3824 in VWD VWIN32(05) 000012D0 anybody know why this is happening? If I hit any button on the keyboard it usually shuts it down.

When i open scan disk it comes up saying i have performed an illegal operation and everything freezes up. I cannot hit detales or Alt-ctrl-delete everything is frozen. thanks
