After a failed attempt to add a CDRW along with the existing CD ROM, I was no longer had a "D" ddrive. I returned the CD ROM to its original configuration without the new CDRW but no luck. I have tried everything I can think of. Windows does not see the installed CD ROM. Any ideas?
