i deleted my graphics program and cant restore it does anyone know how to fix it

Hello, When i plug in my USB drive and my USB Keyboard, only one of them works. But as soon as i unplug the keyboard, the USB drive works perfectly. Is this problem related to the power generated to the USB devices? Would i need to use an active USB hub? Thank you Aisha

after using the RESTORE utility and removing several old programs, i receive this error: MSVCR71.dll missing...this error won't let me download any new programs and appears every time I turn on the computer now. WILL I HAVE TO RELOAD MY OS? PLEASE HELP?????

I purchased a 256 Sandisk Flashdrive. I'm running Windows ME and it does not install and asks for a file named USBNTMAP.SYS. How can I get this file? I browsed my Windows disk and it doesn't come up? Any help would be appreciated.

try installing new hardware (Digital card reader) on windows ME. get error message when using add/remove hardware command that it can't find driver in C:\Windows\options\cabs command. it won't let me bypass the file and can't access the hardware. any hints????can you help thanks Peter
