I have Windows ME, Outlook Express 5. I don't get the great pictures and graphics - just looks like HTM format. Email often has .EML suffix or nothing. does anybody know if windows ME requires a directory with a name "_restore" to be present on the hard drive and if it does belong in fact the normal size of it. The problem is that, this directory is taking up 8gb of 10 gb hard drive. and it obviosly doesn't look normal. Thank You

When I the system starts up I can't use the taskbar, it won't respond. I go to Ctrl alt del and find that wupdate is not responding. When I end the Wupdate the taskbar works again. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this problem. Thanks
