when I try to start my programs from the start menu, nothing happens, it doesn't freeze but nothing opens. The only way I can get to a program is through the run command.

password by ajcastro
Is there a way, in windows 98, to set a password so others can't use the computer? I set a password, but all you have to do is hit cancel to bypass it, and I don't want that. I want a way to refuse other users. Thanks.
