I regularly back up my data to CD. It can happen that Backup Catalogs may be ovderwritten, corrupt or otherwise non-relavent to the backed-up files. No matter what icon i click Haupage WinTV2000 tries to open, but fails. WinTV2000 will open properly if i click it's icon. If i install a new program the same problem occurs. I can run any program so long as i go to START and RUN. I would be grateful for any help anyone can give. Thankyou
