Running WMP 9 under Win98se. No avi files will play, they result in 'Class not registered' when opened. I have removed and reinstalled both parts of WMP9 several times with no behavior change. Any help much appreciated. Thanks, John.

When ever I try to play a wmv file cd in my player I get the message that the drive is inaccessable and wont play yet I can play other video formats in my player. Is there a download to fix this problem? I have a cople of wmv cd's I'd like to play but cannot right now.

The Setup program for XP found software on my PC for a Connectix Quickcam which I discarded and removed 4 years ago. The program is not listed in the Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel. I cannot find it in Device Manager either. Any thoughts how I can remove any reference to this...

Most of the time when I exit yahoo mail and hit start to go to my favorites, it freezes and will not open for about two minutes. Then it works fine. I don't get it.
