I have two problems. When I try to run system restore a box pops up saying I need to restart computer, when I do I get the same message. 99% of the time I try to shutdown I get the following message: File Name: VWIN32(05) +000012D0 ERROR: 0E: 0028 : C02A44A8. Is there a fix for these problems ?
