Scandisk & Defrag won't complete by Joanne
I followed the instructions given me by Mike Maltby step by step and got into safe mode using MSConfig; and Scandisk worked okay but Defrag stopped at 57%. When I ran Scandisk again in Normal it stopped at about 20% and Defrag again at 57%. Any further suggestions would be of great help. Thanks
