sometimes when I try to startup or shutdown or just in the middle of something, my computer freezes up. Hitting CTRL ALT DELETE sometimes brings up another screen, sometimes nothing works and I have to turn the power off, but after many attempts ,I end up with this message on a blue screen SYMTRAY...

Whenever I have an update and it calls for me to restart my computer,when I click on ok the screen goes black and the cursor drops into the lower right hand area of the screen and just stays there flashing. I have to unplug the computer to start up again.

I keep getting 'wtoolsa has caused an errorin KERNEL 32.DLL.' can anyone help me? What is this, what causes it and what can I do to fix it? Thanks!
