Detecting network start by
abcd
Hello,
I would like to run a batch, once, every time the network is
connected. But the task scheduler seems not to have this possibility
"network connected". It can at windows start. Not at network start.
(it's a modem, not a LAN)
Any good idea is good to try. Thanks.

New to Networking by
Abraham
I have never setup a network before.
Both my desktop and my laptop computers have built-in
ethernet ports. So I decided to buy a crossover cable and
give it a try.
So they're plugged in together with the crossover cable.
Now what do I do?

I've been using Dialup over 10 years and never changed anything.
