Cannot find a user by

Dear all,
We have about 30pcs most of them are w2k and 5 of them are win98, all are
log in to SBS2000 domain, one of the win98 pc have shared folder in his pc. I
recently add a win2k user and he want to take some data from win98 shared
folder pc, while adding the users in the win98 I can't find...

TCP/IP not binding to a new ethernet card by

I just installed a new ethernet card on a Win98 machine. I tried out the new
card and I can not ping the router that it is connected to. When looking on
Network Neighborhood, I found that there is not listing for TCP/IP associated
with the new card. I tried un-installing and re-installing...

the router that it is connected to at all. When I look at Network
Neighborhood, I noticed that TCP/IP has not associated with the new ethernet

Freezing after logging onto Network by

After the Network Login screen, if you press OK the computer loads as normal,
then all of a sudden it just freezes. Though if you press CANCEL it does not
but I can't connect to my Network. Please Help Me!!

Hi all
I am having ftp client which is uploading and downloading to and from
ftp server.
My problem is at a time of downloading or uploading files, sometimes
error message coming that is '412 invalid data transfer during xfer'.
Does anyone is having any idea about it.
Please help me.
