Many times/day get following error message: Error:
0E:01A7:BFF8E64B. When I try to reboot nothing happens.
I must turn off computer and turn it on again. I already
checked and no virus.

Windows Explorer- abnormal termination by

When I click on a folder in Windows Explorer, it beeps and
closes (without expanding to see the folder's contents).
This just started occurring after I corrected a problem
with Norton SystemsWorks 2004. Any suggestions on how to
get Windows Explorer fucntioning properly?
