HI.. i am having problems with my Windows 98 system. My icons seem to not reacte to my draggin them.. When I reboot it is fine i can move the icons.. and then after a spell of internet browsing. (using IE6) .. or just doing normal stuff on my computer ... the icons are unable to move then.....

I could not get my compaq out of safe mode so I reloaded the factory software. Now windows 98 will not let me in because it refuses to recognise the code. I had to reload once before and there was no problum. I am using a 5300 series Compaq. Thanks for any help you can give me. Craig

Everytime I try to copy from my C drive and paste into my A drive, or drag & drop I get a message "cannot copy, system can't read from the specified device"

Hello, In running Norton, I saw that there were some undesirable items in my system32/dllcache folder. However, I've looked and looked and can't find the folder. I even changed my control panel settings so that I could see all hidden files and folders. Any clue how I might find it? Thanks!
